We never see this password. It encrypts everything sensitive on our servers — without it, nothing personal of yours is protected.

Use my account password for the vault. Simplest — one password to remember. If your account is compromised, your vault is too.Set a separate vault password. More secure — vault stays sealed even if someone gets your account password.

If you forget it, the only option is to wipe the vault — every API key, every Knockout session, every encrypted personal field is gone forever. We cannot reset it for you. Write it down somewhere safe.
